Central Assembly Youth Center
Building Size: 101'4" x 202' x 23'10"
The church wanted a place for their youth to safely congregate for play, learning, and worship. This stand-alone building houses a computer lab, classrooms, sanctuary, and recreational gym for that purpose. The unique look on the walls was the innovative use of horizontal panels by Williams Construction. The modern entryway suffuses the lobby with light and whimsy, perfect for today's youth.
Hammon Ball Field is prominantly located in downtown Springfield and a true focal point for regional sports fans. The company approached Williams Construction to construct the roofing for the facility. Williams Construction worked in concert with other trades to coordinate their roofing expertise as other parts of the stadium were being built. The final product is showcased during the many sporting events taking place year round.
Williams Construction, as a subcontractor to CDI Contractors won American Buildings Company Building of the Year for this project, which was built in two phases. The first phase, 45,000sf (the ABC portion)completed in 2007 was the rear of the house, designed for the area directly above the basement which houses the animals used in the theater's production.
This 15,000 SF furniture retailer in Springfield chose Williams Construction as the General Contractor to build their newest facility in 2008. This project utlilzes a standing seam roof and Architectural III light stone wall panels with Brick veneer and horizontal siding on other parts of the building. Werner & Associates was the Architect on the project.
This Springfield office/manufacturing/warehouse facility boasts over 15,000 sf of total floor space. Completed in 2008, it utilizes a 360 degree roll-formed standing seam Aluminum Coat 24 ga. roof system for protection from the weather. The Architect, Werner & Associates worked with Williams Construction to ensure a free-flow of operations for the owners.
Williams Construction, well known for its larger projects, showed their versitility when it completed this 2,750 sf office space in 2008. Using an Architectural-look pearl Gray Lock Seam roof panel and Architectural III walls, they saved the customer time and money with the construction approach of traditionally larger projects.
Another successful project for an end user was Jazz Sales, a 20,659 sf office/warehouse building in Springfield. Utilizing a screw down roof & wall system and designed by Werner & Associates this building was completed in 2007.
Working as the General Contractor, Williams construction not only built a new 12,000 sf office, but also re-sheeted an existing building with approximately 50,000 of floor space. This mechanical supply company utilized the metal building design of Werner & Associates as well as American Buildings Company products supplied by Williams Construction to minimize construction time and meet the budget.
This non-symmetrical 106,000 sf building located in North Springfield utilized an American Buildings Company custom engineeed building supplied by Williams Construction, the General Contractor. As Southwest Missouri's premier Dealer in Metal Buildings, Williams Construction completed this project utilizing a standing seam roof to ensure the contents of this building remain dry. "Systems construction" continues to be the economical choice of many end users.
Williams Construction and partner American Buildings Company teamed up on this animal hospital in Branson. Finished, it is a 6,600 sf hospital/clinic with an architectural regal blue Lock Seam roof panel with a warm white arcitectural wall panel highlighted with a brick veneer wainscot.
